Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi is making her Mollywood debut through the film named White starring Mega Star Mammootty and the film is directed by Uday Ananthan. She became quite popular all over India through films like Dedh Ishquiya, Gangs of Wasseypur etc and considered as one of the most talented actresses in the younger generation of Bollywood. Popular South Indian actress Khushboo had reportedly suggested the name of Huma to play the lead in White. Earlier the makers tried to rope in Vidya Balan to play the female lead in white, but she does not accept the offer. Huma says that she was in fear to share screen space with Mammootty because of his seniority. Just like Amitabh Bachchan in Bollywood, Mammootty is one of the most senior actor here in South India and she was really in fear to act with him just like new actresses from Bollywood feels when they meet Amitabh Bachchan.

Huma said that she did not want to miss the opportunity to act with Mammootty and that is why she accepted the offer from the team of this movie, White. She plays the character named Roshni in this movie and Mammootty’s character name is Prakash Roy.

Earlier Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar who acted with Mammootty in Kasaba said that she felt like vomiting out of fear when she first met Mammootty in the sets of Kasaba. White will hit the screens on this coming July 29th.
