Rumors spreading about the star cast of Mohanlal starrer Mahabharata!
A few days back, Complete Actor Mohanlal had officially announced the project named Mahabharatha which will be the biggest ever motion picture in India. It will be directed by V A Shrikumar and billionaire businessman BR Shetty is all set to invest 1000 crores in this project. The film will be based on the screenplay written by MT Vasudevan Nair and it is based on the epic novel he had written, titled as Randamoozham.

The film will start rolling from next year September and it will reach the screens only in 2020. There are reports that top stars from all film industries will be a part of this movie including the ones from Hollywood. But now some rumors are spreading related to the star cast of this film.
In an interview director, VA Shrikumar revealed his interest to make young star Prithviraj part of this project. He wants Mahesh Babu or Hrithik Roshan to essay the role of Krishna. When asked about Mammootty, the director said that it is a dream of any Malayalam movie director to work with Mammootty and everyone wish Mammootty to be part of this project. He added that there are characters in Randamoozha that Mammootty can portrait, but haven’t approached him. He further added that he hasn’t seen Mammootty as any character in Randamoozham.
At the same time rumors are also circulating. Rumours says that Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan will play important character in it. It also says that South Indian actors like Vikram from Tamil, Nagarjuna from Telugu and Puneet Raj Kumar from Kannada will be a part of this movie’s star cast. Aishwarya Rai and Manju Warrier will be there in this flick as well, says the unconfirmed reports.
They also say that the team behind the VFX work of the movie named Avatar will be the ones who will be handling the VFX part of this movie.
