Pulimurugan Tamil Version released in 60+ Screens in Chennai alone; 305 Screens in Tamil Nadu altogether

Pulimurugan, the biggest blockbuster ever happened in Mollywood, released in record number of screens for a dubbed movie in Tamil Nadu. Pulimurugan 2D and 3D version graced 305 screens all over Tamil Nadu this Friday (16th June). In Chennai alone, the movie got 62+ screens. Theater owners preferred to screen Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan instead of Tamil movies that are releasing today resulting in a record number of screens there.

The Telugu dubbed version of Pulimurugan titled Manyam Puli was also a blockbuster hit in Telugu states. The Telugu version alone done a total business of 15 Crores. Pulimurugan and Manyam Puli together grossed 150+ crores from the worldwide box office. Now, it’s the turn of Pulimurugan Tamil version.

PK Narayanaswamy who distributed movies like Theri and Bairavaa bagged the distribution rights for a record amount. The Tamil version has Mohanlal himself dubbed for the character he played. Tamil dialogues are written by RP Bala.

The Tamil trailer of the movie that released earlier fetched positive reviews from movie lovers. Now, the movie released and early reports show the sign of another hit for Mohanlal in Tamil.
